Job Description:
Office Depot OfficeMax is seeking a full-time, in-office, professional copy associate to join our team. This position will work in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable experience.
- Work with customers to ensure the best quality product and service.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the facility.
- Ensure that all work areas are clean and presentable.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Keep work areas organized and stocked with supplies.
- Follow procedures for inventory control and reporting inventory needs.
- Follow procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing materials and supplies.
- Report any equipment or material shortages to management immediately.
- Assist customers in choosing the right product for their needs.
- Follow procedures for receiving and storing product, completing paperwork, and shipping orders.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
