In this role, you’ll provide maintenance and documentation support to IT specialists, while generating enhancements for existing infrastructure, software or database systems in compliance with OBM and State of Ohio standards.
As an Information Technologist 2, you’ll also perform these key tasks:
- Provide Tier 1\Tier 2 customer support for user connectivity issues (passwords, Cisco DUO, Global Protect, network).
- Provide Tier 1\Tier 2 customer support for Microsoft M365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PP, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Provide Tier 1\Tier 2 customer support for 3rd party applications (Adobe, SnagIt, PDF, etc.).
- Provide Tier 1\Tier 2 customer support for hardware issues (laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers).
- Use ServiceNow to manage customer support tickets and track inventory.
- Laptop imaging (SCCM), deployment, and inventory.
- Document processes and create job aids.
