We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and results-driven Director of Operations to take full ownership of scaling our organization. This role is perfect for a visionary executor—someone who thrives on turning big ideas into reality and driving operational excellence at every level.

Partnering closely with our dynamic CEO, you’ll architect the systems, teams, and processes to double the company’s size and revenue within the next three years.

Strategic Growth & Scalability

• Design an agile org chart aligned with 20–25% annual growth goals
• Implement scalable systems, KPIs, SOPs, and QA/QC standards
• Streamline project performance and operational efficiency

Operational Excellence

• Standardize workflows for consistent, high-quality output
• Achieve 90% on-time, within-budget delivery
• Build infrastructure to support future services and markets

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team
• Promote a culture of ownership, execution, and improvement
• Champion transparent communication and leadership development

Financial Performance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor and act on productivity and profitability KPIs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive sustainable growth

Cross-Functional Integration

• Connect departments including engineering, project management, sales, and finance
• Ensure alignment through structured communication and strategic planning

Strategic Execution

• Turn CEO vision into quarterly/annual roadmaps
• Lead launches of new service offerings and geographic expansions

• Proven experience scaling operations in fast-growing environments
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Exceptional critical thinking and execution skills
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Finance or related field (MBA is a plus)
