What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Project Manager position at Origami Risk LLC?
Overview
As an Associate Project Manager you will work as a part of our professional service team to drive all aspects of a client implementation project from inception to deployment. This may include supporting our insurance Claims, Billing and Policy or RMIS, GRC, EHS, and/or Healthcare products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all projects are completed on-time and on-budget, interfacing with client stakeholders, internal Origami teams and outsourced vendors.
Starting base pay for this role is between $78,000 and $97,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit.
- Identifies and manages potential scope creep / out-of-scope.
- Works with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project.
- Works with Technical Consultant to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member.
- Maintains implementation related data in Salesforce.
- Assists team with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external.
- Prepares and presents applicable client / project status reports, such as implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports, etc.
- Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
- Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business-related field
- 1-2 years of previous experience working on technical project teams
- Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience
- Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and execute against strategic roadmaps
- Familiarity with professional services and project management best-practices
- Superior communication and presentation skills required
