Compensation : $55,000 - 60,000 / year plus $10k variable compensation

The Opportunity :
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Events Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive on organizing information, streamlining processes, and tackling logistical challenges, this role is perfect for you. You love creating order from chaos and are constantly seeking ways to be more efficient.
As part of a fast-paced marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing over 45 events annually, using tools like Google Docs and Asana to keep information organized and up to date. You'll also be responsible for packing for events, creating and tracking inventory lists, and managing logistics. Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you'll directly contribute to the success of our events program by coordinating and executing Trade Shows, Webinars, and Live Events to generate leads, promote our brand, and drive conversions.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in sales and marketing, ensuring smooth execution of all event-related activities.
