Your role includes onboarding partners to the OTH Business platform and providing ongoing support to help them maximize their benefits as OTH partners. You will build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, exceptionally proactive, and consistently attentive to details. They should excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting, demonstrate sound judgment in various situations, and possess robust written and verbal communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients in the local area.
- Regularly and proactively communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients to raise the level of hospitality they offer through OTH’s platform and ensure they provide Creators an optimal experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status on CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
- Identify opportunities for increased scope and relationship development to increase revenue and maximize client value
- Nurture client relationships and reinforce the value in our partnership while also fulfilling technical needs.
- Propose client activations and strategic marketing analysis to increase client sales and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to ensure client needs are met, while also contributing your own insights and ideas.

- Experience working with high-profile restaurants, spas, fitness centers, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Exercises good judgment and projects a positive, professional, and supportive attitude
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite
