We are seeking a candidate with proven management experience. This position will rely heavily on the ability to manage employees, delegate tasks, and meet goals. The following are some examples of job duties:
- Managing employees
- Providing feedback
- Overseeing all aspects of customer service
- Ensuring the sales floor is always stocked, clean, and well-merchandised
- Assists with product selection
- Assists with hiring
No Prior experience with Horticulture is required. We are looking for flexible candidates who are great with people and would be interested in learning and working in multiple areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
