Job Summary
Ouray County is seeking an IT Technician with 2 to 4 years experience in an office setting preferred, to provide MS Windows and MS Office desktop support and perform additional Window-based network tasks.
Experience:
PC Hardware and Windows software troubleshooting and repairs. Windows-based network experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for software troubleshooting and computer management.
- Assist in computer networking tasks and IT support for efficient system operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN, Firewall, TCP, SCCM, GPO, and Mac OS.
- Utilize Microsoft Office skills to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
Education Requirements and Compensation:
Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Full time position ranging from 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $32.01 - $40.01. Dependent upon qualifications.
