What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at Outform Group Career Center?
Our Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Recruiting top talent to join the company.
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational growth
Lead the strategy, design and execution of the company’s talent acquisition programs to drive company and human capital strategies including LinkedIn, Instagram, job boards, and other social media.
Optimize and simplify TA systems and processes to consistently improve execution
Optimize recruitment technologies and processes to enhance candidate experience and improve efficiency
Collaborate and partner with HR and business leadership to understand key concerns and build solutions that will successfully attract high quality, diverse and critical talent
Review job descriptions and recommend compensation strategies to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
Manage recruitment partners to include vetting/negotiating agreement terms
Schedule candidate travel, coordinate itineraries for on-site interviews, and manage on-site movements.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Requirements-
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
Vast knowledge and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems
Fluency in job boards and sourcing sites
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 10 years of experience in lieu of degree in a Talent Acquisition leadership role
