The Role
The Service Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, or arranging for repairs of petroleum equipment, EV charging equipment, and all operating systems (primarily point-of-sale) at a given location.
Essential Functions
- Perform highly diversified duties to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain petroleum and EV equipment.
- Service mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform various technical duties including Point of Sale configuration changes, application loads, and networking. Ability to contact manufacturer support helpdesk for escalation.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order.
- Any other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.
- Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures according to applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations and requirements.

Experience with computer tasks such as software installation, installing
hard drives, networks, routers, printers, creating folders and moving content preferred. - Mechanical aptitude
