We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales and business development. This role focuses on filling our sales calendar with qualified leads, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Lead Generation & Qualification – Generate high-quality leads and fill the sales pipeline with qualified prospects in the home service industry.
- Outbound Sales Strategy – Develop and execute targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Prospect Engagement – Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential clients, positioning our services effectively.
- Sales Team Leadership – Build, train, and manage a business development team focused on outbound sales and lead generation.
- Collaboration with Sales Team – Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Metrics & Reporting – Track and report on key performance indicators like generated leads, scheduled meetings, and conversion rates.
- Pipeline Management – Consistently fill the sales calendar with high-quality prospects, meeting monthly and quarterly goals.
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (home services industry preferred).
- 3 years of experience training and managing a sales or BDR team.
- Proven track record of increasing sales through lead generation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of sales tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
