Pacific Aviation is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and people focused Human Resources Assistant. This role has a wide range of responsibilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle and will be the point-person for our Los Angeles Airport operations. This is a highly visible role with room for growth. We are looking to fill this role with a high performing individual who is looking to grow their skills and professional career in Human Resources.

Pacific Aviation operates in three central hubs across the West Coast – Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle – and is looking to grow.
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcoming employees/visitors and directing them to appropriate Team members.
- Screening incoming calls; taking and transmitting messages.
- Receives and distributes mail correspondence.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and anticipates supply needs.
- Performs various routine clerical duties, utilizing standard office equipment, to include screening incoming calls; taking and transmitting messages; maintaining calendars; scheduling meetings; keyboarding information into databases; making photocopies; performing data entry; filing.
- Perform other administrative support task /HR projects.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
· Customer service principles.
· Modern office procedures, methods, and equipment.
· Basic filing and recordkeeping principles.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Work is generally performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Frequent reaching, walking, standing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required. Incumbents may be required to lift and carry up to 10 pounds. Will be required to use personal vehicle for work-related task, including Running errands on behalf of the business such driving to the security badge office, Fed-ex COSTCO.
The use of personal vehicle may be required with proof of personal auto insurance, and the company will provide mileage reimbursement, at current IRS rate.
Hourly Pay - $19.81
