What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute?
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing projects as directed by CEO / Physicians.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in improving the practice, and individual physician, market position and reputation by helping to execute a comprehensive marketing and media relations plan
- Project Management - As directed assist with marketing projects and collaborative partnerships for the website, social media, video, SEO, content writing, sponsorships and advertising campaigns
- As directed, build and maintain rapport with local hospitals and potential referral sources, i.e. PCPs and urgent cares, through networking and grassroots outreach
- Attend and market community events, networking events and health fairs, as directed
- Refer Negative Patient Feedback to CEO for resolution
- Assist to obtain positive patient testimonials, success stories and stellar ratings across all top review sites
- Assist with graphic design and written content creation for the website, social media channels, sponsorships and advertisements
- Special projects for the Marketing Committee or CEO, as requested.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of marketing.
Knowledge of publication concepts including graphic design, layout, printing, desktop publishing and Web design a plus.
Abilities:
- Excellent Written and oral communication a must.
- Skills in development of marketing strategies and analyses
- Ability to coordinate and complete several tasks simultaneously
