Additionally, SDR is responsible for cold calling, researching projects, sourcing, and staying up to date on industry related news. What You Will Do Responsible for revenue generation, goaled and measured on lead conversion rates as well as activity metrics Work with internal stakeholders for project / activity planning to efficiently prospect for new business and increase market share through lead conversion Responsible for timely management of new leads and following up on assigned tasks Guide customers through Panduit’s offering as the first point of contact for new leads Timely use of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and other third-party software for researching, sourcing, cross-referencing, and management of all new leads, following up on existing leads, and inputting all required and ancillary information for proper transfer of sales opportunities Decide whether to qualify or disqualify leads What You Will Bring Associates Degree or some college with relevant years of work experience Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role Ability to independently research projects, using various on-line tools and obtaining on-line articles pertaining to the initiatives Experience with cold calling Experience with MS Office Suite Preferred experience working with Broadband and/or Federal Government funded projects Experience with CRM Systems, preferably MS Dynamics We thank all those interested in joining the Panduit team; however only those that complete the online application and meet the minimum job qualifications will be considered for this role.
