Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document verification and orientation
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Support the recruiting team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes within the staffing department
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Flexible Hours can range from 5:30am - 5:00pm
