Pathways to Success Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide counseling services. The LPCC will support clients in overcoming personal and professional challenges by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, focused on meeting the needs of our clients.
--- Key Responsibilities: Provide Clinical Supervision under license for LPCs who require work/clinical note supervision.
Clinical Counseling & Support Provide individual therapy to clients of various ages, addressing emotional, behavioral, and career-related concerns. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
Career Counseling & Vocational Guidance Assist clients in career exploration, job readiness, and professional development through resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and goal-setting exercises.
Provide guidance on vocational interests, workplace challenges, and career transitions.
Community & Program Development Support the development and facilitation of educational workshops, support groups, and outreach programs. Partner with schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to enhance service accessibility. Contribute to continuous program improvement by incorporating client feedback and best practices.
--- Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of [Ohio].
Minimum of [2] years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and/or adults. Strong understanding of mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance.
