Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Help set up event spaces, including arranging furniture and decor

- Manage registration and check-in processes for event attendees
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, including programs and signage
Skills
