What will you do?
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, benefits, and payroll-related regulations.
- Manage the performance evaluation process and ensure consistent performance management practices across the organization.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and report on trends such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
