Technical Business Analyst

Peak Performers has partnered with a US travel tech company to assist in their search for a Technical Business Analyst. In this contract position, you will review new and existing contracts with 3rd parties to ensure that appropriate security language is built into legal agreements.

Major duties

• Participate in contract review/negotiations on information security.
• Provide guidance in conjunction with legal/privacy teams on security topics and draft information security responses.
• Redline complex agreements and provide meaningful commentary as appropriate for internal and external stakeholders.
• Craft alternate verbiage that aligns with Expedia Group’s security posture and be able to defend the posture and explain in terms appropriate to the audience.
• Support compliance initiatives and projects as requested.
• Understand the business organizational structure and culture to best attain objectives and results.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, such as contract management, security, or legal compliance.
• Strong writing background, preferably in a legal context.
• Experience working with technology, data security and data privacy concepts.
• Ability to explain and defend a position to internal and external stakeholders.
• Competence using/navigating IT Service management tool ServiceNow and project collaboration tools Jira & Confluence.
• Experience using a contract lifecycle management software (like Ironclad).
  
  

About This Position

• Rate: $40.97 - $43.46/hour
• Days / Hours: Monday-Friday
• Contract length: ~6 months
