25-40 hours per week (Part time or Full time)
Starting @12-15/hr depending on experience (with room to grow) Annual Bonus
Duties include:
Schedule Appointments for clients
Collect and organize evidences from clients
Keep track of deadlines
Log client activity, messages and payments
Communicate important information to clients about their cases.
Keep caseworkers informed on information regarding their client(s)
Assist clients filling out paperwork for office gathering evidences for cases.
Light cleaning around the office
***MUST SPEAK & UNDERSTAND FLUENT SPANISH***
***MUST WORK EVERY SATURDAY FROM 10AM-3PM***
