Responsibilities
- You take the day by storm, each day bringing new learning experiences—whether it be a customer need or collaborating on something new with a team member
- Customers require immediate assistance when calling, and some calls are quicker to coordinate and tackle than others
- Your willingness to get the job done for them in a timely way ensures their trust that you are fully capable to handle any situation
- You and your team are engaged in customer interactions your entire shift, solving problems and answering inquiries about service and products for individuals from all backgrounds
- Other duties may be assigned
- Identify and order accurate parts, based on service technician’s notes
- Evaluate homeowner’s repair issues to determine if parts and labor are covered under warranty
- Schedule service calls
- Provide estimated pricing regarding labor and parts
- Collect and authorize credit card information over the phone
- Responsible for assisting with the identification, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, which support total customer satisfaction
- Answer inquiries via phone and email—responsible for receiving and acting upon all contacts in a timely and accurate manner, relating to any customer concerns
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships with all internal and external customers will be required of this person
- Will be required to develop a basic knowledge of all products manufactured by the corporation (including acquisitions), both current and obsolete
- Similarly, will be required to obtain the knowledge to access detailed specifications of all products
- Committed to following and interpreting established processes in bringing the related issue to a proper conclusion
- Will be expected to maintain a detailed and accurate record of all transactions between themselves and customers, in the event a customer-related problem should arise later
- In addition, will assist with the training of new personnel as added to the department as well as ongoing training for others in the department in the form of mentoring
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

- Salary: Non-exempt employee, Hourly, paid bi-weekly on Friday

PTO is intended to cover any type of time off needed, including sick time, vacation, snow days, etc. Year one accrual max is 10 days PTO and increases based on number of years worked.
- 401k Match: 401k with a 100% match up to 3%, then 50% match up to 5% (4% max match on your 5% contribution). Must meet eligibility requirements including one year of service to participate.
