Position Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the growing Pepper construction corporate accounting team. This position will play an important role in managing the accounting and financial planning and analysis of multiple operating entities while also leading the financial accounting team. Position Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the growing Pepper construction corporate accounting team. This position will play an important role in managing the accounting and financial planning and analysis of multiple operating entities while also leading the financial accounting team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work alongside senior operations management across multiple operating entities in providing financial reporting and analysis at both an operating entity and consolidated level
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reporting and analysis for multiple operating units
- Implement new reporting and processes as necessary for both internal and external reporting
- Manage monthly financial close process
- Prepare annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
- Management and maintenance of financial reporting system
- Management and development of financial accounting team
- Review financial statements, account reconciliations prepared by corporate accounting team
- Coordinate and manage year-end audit process
- Bachelors in Accounting – CPA or CPA seeking
- 5-7 years in a related environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- High level of technical fluency in Excel and various accounting systems
