Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
- Meet or exceed performance goals such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
