Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
• Meet or exceed performance goals such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to remain calm and patient with difficult customers
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software

Salary : $17 - $24
