Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a courteous and timely manner.
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, issues, or concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM or designated systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software; familiarity with [specific tools/software] is a plus.
