Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various office tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking while delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized office files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies.
  • Act as a medical receptionist when needed, handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
  • Previous experience in office management or as an office clerk is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
