Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and communicate to potential customers our programs, plans, and fees with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Utilize in house trainer software for financial management tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in organizing weekly task.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
