What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Sales Executive position at Pharma Logistics?
We are currently seeking a dynamic Hospital Sales Executive to drive nationwide sales for pharmaceutical reverse distribution services. The primary role of this individual producer is to increase revenue for the hospital and integrated delivery network (IDN) segment by pursuing and obtaining new business across the nation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through daily prospecting which includes, but is not limited to cold calling, networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients and practice active listening to understand their needs and identify which of our programs suits their needs.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services that meet client needs.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

Development of sales strategies, techniques to increase sales & revenue.

Meet or exceed sales objectives for daily activities and behaviors.

Keeping current on industry trends that may impact clients and the industry.

Establish clear goals for yourself and monitor your performance daily.

Attend industry tradeshows and networking events as necessary.

Maintain constant communication with the sales and marketing colleagues to increase revenue and drive sales qualified leads.

Conduct weekly meetings with the Head of Sales to discuss prospective efforts, new business initiatives and existing account activities.

Manage contract negotiations, RFP processes, and enterprise sales strategies.

Meet regularly with other departmental managers to communicate any sales efforts that may impact the business.?
Beneficial Education, Skills, and Experiences:

Ability to foster strategic internal and external relationships.

Willingness to travel for networking events, trade shows or client presentations.

Travel expectations are up to 35%.

At least three years of successful sales experience in B2B sales.

A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Prefer a working knowledge of maintenance and reporting using a CRM Database (NetSuite CRM preferred).

Prefer knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology.

Experience selling in a multi-state regions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

RFP and high-level contract negotiations experience.

Experience selling to the C-suite.

Experience documenting activities throughout the sales process in a CRM software suite.

Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $82,000-$100,000 USD annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics business and organizational needs, as well as an individuals relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
Pharma Logistics offers Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Group life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance. 14 days of paid time off, Hybrid schedule, along with major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). 401k with 3% company contribution after 1 year of service.
