What are the responsibilities and job description for the One-year Associate/Assistant Director of Admission position at Phillips Academy?
Phillips Academy seeks a One-year Associate/Assistant Director of Admission to begin on November 1, 2022, and run through August 31, 2023. Reporting to the director of admission, the successful candidate will represent the Academy and assist in a variety of admission activities, including recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the incoming class. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, dynamic, and articulate team player; have strong organizational, writing, and public-speaking skills; and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Joining a highly successful admission and financial aid team, the candidate should have 3-5 years of admission experience and be ready to participate actively in the residential and athletic/co-curricular programs at this boarding school. Bachelor’s degree required. This is a full-time administrative faculty position. Throughout the academic year, evening and weekend work is required.
