- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hospitality management software.
- Conduct night reports as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
