The Site Administrative Clerk reports directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for general administrative activities for the project, with a focus on facilitating change orders for the project. The Site Administrative Clerk should be adept with data entry, as well as proofreading work to ensure accuracy.

The Site Administrative Clerk should be adept with data entry, as well as proofreading work to ensure accuracy.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in necessary aspects of the general administrative activities.
- Responsible for compiling data and documents to generate change order requests.
- Maintain all site records for all accounting related documents.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues to appropriate management personnel in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with subcontractors to verify costs, request documentation, and answer questions
- Maintain Change Order Software (Clearstory) by adding internal and external users and permissions
- Process Change Order Requests across multiple platforms
- Track Allowance usage; work with the Cost Department to validate monthly billing
- Participate in Weekly Change Management meetings with client to track progress of requests
- Generate reports to track cost, change order requests, and other miscellaneous data
- Order general supplies for the trailer, office supplies for staff, and other items to support the site
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical functions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and take direction from others.
- Capable of developing a solid organizational system to support the project and team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with work product.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in commercial and industrial construction environments is preferred, and advance consideration will be given to applicants with this experience.
