Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director - Client Partner to lead and manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure the successful delivery of Tavant s products and services. This is a strategic individual contributor role, focusing on driving sales growth, increasing margins, and fostering long-term partnerships within the manufacturing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Account Management: Drive sales growth and improve profit margins for existing customers in and around Charlotte, NC.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand account footprints, and ensure the successful cross-selling of Tavant s products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans to achieve business goals, aligning with Tavant s overall growth objectives.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, account health, and growth strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or client partnership roles, preferably in the manufacturing domain.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and increasing revenue and margins.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, analytics, IoT, and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tavant s product offerings such as Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong network within the manufacturing industry in the Charlotte, NC area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Must-Haves :
- 70% of total experience must be in the Manufacturing Domain. 3 years of relevant experience in Warranty Management. 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, IOT and Salesforce. Selling IT software products (IT Software only). Job stability is mandatory Minimum 3 year tenure in each project.
