Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients.
- Prepare and package medications for distribution.
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into computer systems.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to aseptic technique when handling medications.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication administration.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient in pharmacy operations and procedures
- Familiarity with different types of medications, including inhalants and infusions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and packaging
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Experience:
- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Texas Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
