HRIS Analyst
Full time permanent role, 5x a week onsite in Birmingham Alabama
Day to day:
- Technical and functional day to day responsibilities: Audits, process reviews, process improvements/automation, system implementation
- Manage employee records, troubleshooting, testing, debugging (purchased and custom), work with vendor partners
- Technical support and system admin of HRIS system, reporting, test scripts
- HRIS related projects, vendor liaison.
- Implementing HR software, help with issues related to HR software, support payroll and timekeeping from a technical standpoint and train
- Developing data exports for HR reporting, queries and fixing formatting to ensure accurate uploads.
Required:
- 3 years HRIS experience - open to Workday, Kronos, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft etc. Workday most ideal
- Integration Experience
- Experience with both the HR and Technical side of HRIS from an HR standpoint (not finance or supply chain)
- 5 days on-site
- well versed in reporting, supporting upgrades/implementations (analysis not leading).
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Workday is the preferred system, but they are more focused on someone with general HRIS that has both the HR and Technical skills that is looking for a full-time home.
