Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage service operations, including restaurants, bars, and kiosks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining positive guest relations, resolving complaints, and responding to feedback promptly.
- Train staff to provide excellent customer service and monitor service standards.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of food and beverage staff.
- Schedule shifts, manage timekeeping, and ensure proper staff coverage for peak and off-peak times.
- Assist in monitoring budget and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
- Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to adjust menus and offerings as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing laws.
- Implement and maintain all safety procedures and protocols within the food and beverage department.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
Qualifications & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a management role, preferably in Food and Beverage or hospitality- Open availability as business needs change.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations, hygiene standards, and financial management.
