Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process warranty service requests from customers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, availability, and urgency
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including service reports, parts orders, and follow-ups
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and warranty coverage details
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely processing of warranty parts and claims
- Provide administrative support to the service department, including data entry and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or service delays
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or an administrative role (preferably in the plumbing or home services industry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and warranty processes is a plus
