What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Premier Athletic Club?

Successful candidate must have minimum of 1 year of Bookkeeping experience including:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Competent using Quick Books, and downloading CC,Bank Statements etc.
  • Experience in daily back procedure of Quick Books
  • Credit Card Processing experience
  • Experience monitoring Insurance policy and premiums a plus
  • Human Resources
  • Daily journal entries/month end and year end reports

Additional qualifications include:

  • Must be proficient on Window Operating system
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills critical
  • Must be organized
  • Must be able to perform with minimal physical supervision and communicate via phone and email with Owner for feedback and instructions/training.
  • Must be able to work in office with others
  • Must be able to interact with company CPA and follow instructions
  • Experience working with QuickBooks interface w /other programs
  • 20-25 hours per week
  • Some hours can be remote

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)

Salary : $44,800 - $56,800
