What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Premier Athletic Club?
Successful candidate must have minimum of 1 year of Bookkeeping experience including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll processing experience
- Bank Reconciliation
- Competent using Quick Books, and downloading CC,Bank Statements etc.
- Experience in daily back procedure of Quick Books
- Credit Card Processing experience
- Experience monitoring Insurance policy and premiums a plus
- Human Resources
- Daily journal entries/month end and year end reports
Additional qualifications include:
- Must be proficient on Window Operating system
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills critical
- Must be organized
- Must be able to perform with minimal physical supervision and communicate via phone and email with Owner for feedback and instructions/training.
- Must be able to work in office with others
- Must be able to interact with company CPA and follow instructions
- Experience working with QuickBooks interface w /other programs
- 20-25 hours per week
- Some hours can be remote
