The organization is expanding its global presence significantly and is looking to appoint an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to support the TOLA territory, that will be responsible for creating, managing, and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities
The successful applicants must exemplify behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically excelling in prospecting for new business and consistently delivering results against quotas.
- Exceed quarterly goals for activity, pipeline, and revenue.
- Continuously develop pipelines for new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, identifying and understanding their needs.
- Cultivate long-term trusting relationships with clients and established channel partners.
- Identify and pursue new targets within the Geo.
- Become an expert on internal products and conduct effective discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop and manage relationships within your territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell value to C-Level prospects and key stakeholders during both fast-moving and complex solution sales cycles.
- Utilize CRM effectively to create and maintain a robust database.
About You:
- Significant experience in Enterprise Software Sales within SaaS (Bonus Points for Cyber Security Solutions).
- A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to forge new connections with prospects.
- Entrepreneurial flair, inquisitive nature, strong negotiation skills, and demonstrable business acumen with a challenger sales approach.
- A proven track record of achievement in a sales role, preferably within a fast-growing company.
- High attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable creativity in the sales process to find solutions to customer needs.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- High integrity and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
