- Meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop and implement a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives and capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
- Collaborate with other Business Development Representatives on common objectives and sharing of best practices to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
