Job Description: Human Resources Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate all aspects of human resources.
- Manages the recruiting team and recruiting initiatives, including full cycle recruitment effort as well as community and recruitment events.
- Organizes and oversees new hire orientation, on-boarding, and training programs in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Manages, updates, and generates reports for all employee information in Paylocity.
- Manages and facilitates employee benefits programs, including participation in benefits needs analysis and selection of vendors.
- Facilitates the open enrollment process including employee education meetings and benefit selection.
- Manages and facilitates all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements.
- Manages employee relations such as addressing employee questions and concerns including employee safety, wellness, payroll, and benefits.
- Tracks and manages all employee reviews.
- Supports the bi-monthly payroll process.
- Manage programs related to wellness, health and safety, training, and culture.
- Manages company communications related to human resources.

Requirements
Job Qualifications
- HR applicants require a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.
- Experience specifically, in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training and benefits.
- 5 or more years of experience in full-scope human resources.
- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Paylocity and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of human resource compliance regulations and guidelines.
- Demonstrate skills in database management and record keeping.
- Plan, organized, and execute daily tasks as well as project management.
