We seek a driven Social Media Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our Account Supervisor and Social Media Manager to execute and maximize each client’s social content and campaigns that align with our clients' strategic goals.

The Details
- Immediate start
- Full-Time entry-level role
- Fully Remote, but must reside in the Eastern time zone of the United States (New York or Washington, DC regions preferred but not required)
- Salary Range: USD $41,000- 44,000 per year
- Reporting to the US Account Supervisor

What you will do:
Content Writing
- Create and write daily social media content, including posts, captions, and design/edit briefs for the graphic/video editing team, to grow followers and increase engagement for our clients’ personal brands across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure adherence to each client’s personal brand guidelines and consistently follow social best practices, e.g., tone of voice, style of subtitles, color palette, posting times etc
- Write blog posts, newsletter articles, and website content to support the personal brand’s online presence and optimize SEO.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the brand’s voice and style guide.
- Coordinate with Account Supervisor and website partner to upgrade or design clients’ websites, ensuring deadlines deliver all design elements and content.
- Stay abreast of clients’ industries and breaking news to develop compelling, in-demand content that positions clients’ as thought-leaders.
Social Strategy
- Schedule and publish all content for North American clients using Sprout Social or other social media tools, ensuring a consistent posting schedule. You may occasionally have to post content for UK or UAE clients when the social media manager is unavailable.
- Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and comments to maintain active interaction with the audience. Identify any potential red flags or adverse comments and forward them immediately to the relevant account manager or supervisor.
- Track brand sentiment and social media performance, analyze insights, and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest fresh formats/types of content.
- Assist with research to identify new clients' benchmarks during the executive rebranding and strategic planning phase
- Participate in clients’ ideation sessions to help create their monthly editorial calendar.
Project Management and Reporting
- Develop project timelines, track assignments using Monday.com, and maintain and meet all deadlines to ensure smooth content delivery.
- Attend and actively participate in all US and all-agency meetings
- Assist Account Supervisor with coordinating and staffing client video and photo shoots to capture behind the scenes content for social media, including contributing to shoot plans and ideation
- Help draft monthly reports that track social engagement via Google analytics and other tools to measure engagement rates, follower growth, and which content performs best,
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has a relevant internship and/or 1 year of experience in branding, content writing, and/or public relations. Note personal/executive branding experience preferred
- A B.A. degree in English, communications, public relations, journalism or creative writing from an accredited college or university plus experience writing for a college newspaper, website or social media newsletter may be substituted for 1 year of job experience.
- Must be proactive and highly self-motivated.
- Must take direction well and conform to agency processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and social media channels, particularly LI and Instagram.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (must pass writing, grammar and proofreading test)
- Eagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and perspectives are essential.
- Successful candidate is a resourceful self-starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must act with discretion, protect confidentiality, and always behave ethically.
