Office Administrator
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of a medical office, including front desk duties, calendar management, and phone systems.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in training and development of office staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Oversee team management, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Skills:
- Proven experience in medical office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
