*Job Summary*
Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position will assist with schedule management, communications, and efficient operations. Role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility.
*Duties*
- Support the Executive Director, Team Leaders, and Finance Manager with daily clerical tasks
- Assist with maintenance of Executive Director schedule
- Take minutes at Staff and Board Meetings
- Provide front desk support
- Answer agency phones as needed
- Maintain Executive Director administrative files
- Create spreadsheets and statistical reports
- Assist with administrative budget and finance paperwork, including data entry
- Depending on experience, utilize QuickBooks to enter purchase requisitions and invoices
-Assist Operations manager with physical inventory of agency assets
- Assist the Board of Directors with projects and fund development
-Other administrative duties as assigned
*Skills*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, especially Excel and Word
- Clear and professional written communication
- Strong math skills
- Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Demonstrate cultural competence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Creativity, initiative, and flexibility in interpersonal approaches when interacting with the Administrative Team, Agency Team Members, Board of Directors, and the community
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Education Requirements*
Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
