What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional - L position at PRIDE Support and Services?
Pride, Inc. Support Services seeks a caring person to work in the community and home with a woman in her 60's with a traumatic brain injury. This caring and charming individual would like to get back into cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, and building skills in the community, but would need support through these projects. She has at home goals that PT, OT, and SLP would like her to work on and could be integrated into her goals and skills she would like to work on. This position is up to 20 hours a week and would be in the East Calais area.
The support staff will provide support in Activities of Daily Living with warmth and compassion. Good communication skills a must, and daily documentation of Client activities related to her goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.52 - $18.00 per hour
