Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various SWPPP construction & Industrial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual obligations. This role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams with a strong knowledge of Construction Site requirements and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of SWPPP project management including planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
- Utilize project management software such as Trello for efficient project tracking and documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, contracts, and other technical documents to guide project execution.
- Over Deliver on Project Expectations for the customer.
- Maintain impeccable customer service and support for life of each project SWPPP
- Manage resources effectively and identify and implement opportunities for increase efficiencies throughout the SWPPP development cycle.
- Prepare reports and track pertinent metrics for SWPPP development
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- SWPPP experience a plus
- Proficiency in project management software including Trello is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam drawing and construction drawing software required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings relevant to construction projects.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
