ProCare Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Social Worker to join a supportive team in Fithian, IL. As a key member of the schools intervention team, you will provide direct social services to students, supporting their emotional and social development. This role requires working onsite with students and staff, and a Masters degree in Social Work along with a PEL endorsement are required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling and social services to students
- Collaborate with the intervention team to create and implement strategies
- Support students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Assist in the development of behavior intervention plans
- Communicate with families to ensure student progress
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work
- PEL endorsement is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Experience or passion for working with students in a school setting
