A great opportunity is available for a Full-Time Social Worker in Fithian, IL. This role requires onsite presence and a collaborative approach, working closely with the intervention team to ensure students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the intervention team to support students mental health and wellbeing
- Provide counseling services to individuals and groups
- Work with families and educators to create and execute intervention plans
- Monitor and track student progress with social and emotional goals
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a Masters degree or higher in Social Work
- PEL endorsement is required
- Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and staff
- Compassionate and committed to helping students succeed
