We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive experience for all guests, clients, and vendors at the reception desk and in the waiting area. Act as a brand ambassador with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide general office support, including mail sorting, handling inquiries, and assisting with a variety of clerical tasks.
  • Assist the Head of Supply Chain with travel arrangements, coordinating domestic and international trips through the travel agency.
  • Ensure kitchen, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception areas are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for business needs.
  • Manage inventory for kitchen, office, and pantry supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Advise visitors on company policies, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and communicate workplace standards, including GMPs.
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and assist with PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • Monitor office machines (copier, scanner, fax, shredder) and schedule repairs as necessary.
  • Qualifications:
  • AA degree or equivalent experience preferred. Previous experience in administrative or reception roles within a corporate setting is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and good judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic, with a customer-service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $19
