Job Description
Progressive Leasing is searching for a data driven, technically savvy individual to join our growing Marketing Team as a Marketing Automation Specialist (Remote). In this role, you will work to build and deploy multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on audience segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting. The focus of these campaigns is to increase conversion of first-time customers, drive repetition of current customers and bring back lapsing/lapsed customers. You will work with key stakeholders across marketing and operations to determine audience segments and reporting requirements.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.
THE DETAILS
You will be part of a team responsible for building and executing our B2B and B2C campaigns, with a heavy focus on B2C. Proven experience with data segmentation, reporting and campaign execution is essential. Knowledge of SQL, customer data platforms, audience segmentation methodology, funnel metrics, campaign tracking, and direct marketing reporting is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement successful B2C and B2B email and text message marketing communications programs using email service providers
- Creation of email and text message marketing campaigns, with a focus on data segmentation, audience building, journey building, QA and scheduling
- Build automated reports on A/B tests for campaign optimization
- Test responsive email communication for multiple devices and platforms
- Segment campaign audiences based on predefined database attributes and demographic data
- Perform marketing attribution analysis on campaigns, report, and optimize
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of previous experience in a marketing or database analytics role
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email service provider
- Experience with Salesforce Customer 360 or similar CDP
- Experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience in multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at the same time
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
