Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Support
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance agency applications.
- Develop and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications.
- Troubleshoot and support applications in a client/server and web environment.
- Work with Azure DevOps for development lifecycle management.
- Technical System Analysis
- Gather requirements, analyze, design, test, implement, and document technical solutions.
- Provide technical customer support for applications used by the Management Division.
- Perform system analysis and issue resolution related to MS Dynamics and Azure-based applications.
- Infrastructure & Security
- Ensure applications comply with company IT policies and security standards.
- Collaborate with network, database, and security teams to maintain system performance and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- MS Dynamics (365)
- Azure DevOps
- Web Portal Development
- Application Support & Troubleshooting (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.)
- Database Experience (SQL, etc.)
- Infrastructure & Network Support

Pay: $91,660.00 - $94,123.00 per year
