Job Summary
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing our closed deals and the process surrounding handling customer inquiries and processing of sales. In this role you will play an integral part in the success of the company by being efficient and timely in processing of all sales, working to have sales pass first time through. As an administrator you will be responsible for special projects assignments based on the needs of the business.
Job Functions
- Receive and process closed sales.
- Manage sales through multiple systems.
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and digital recording verification.
- Ensure contract is filled out correctly before submitting to client.
- Communicate any changes and or feedback necessary to help expedite deals.
- Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Compile monthly/daily sales reports.
- Process Timesheets.
- Expedite orders through internal liaison.
- Listen to digital recordings and provide feedback and or verify the accuracy of a sale
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar experience preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Experience with CMR software or similar is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
